When the media decides to make you the agenda of discussion,all focus turns on you and that's how it goes.

The public trusts the media to report on various agendas,with such powers,manipulation can never miss from the script as one would deliberately opt to play with the cards.

I refused and walked away to my humble dwelling in Umoja Estate then. Of late I've seen a pattern in the media coverage of cooked Kidero vs Raila feud .

Excitable journalists do not go deep. A story is published and then they call some Raila guys to comment on the story.

Why can't they report about the socioeconomic changes going on in Nyanza? Performance of counties, economic affairs or environmentaldegradation? The deliberate repression and neglect of Nyanza by the successive government for 50 years?

Nyanza is much bigger than Raila and Kidero's harambees. I do not hold any brief for Raila
but Kidero is an infant in politics and has no political wherewithal to outdo Raila, not in the foreseeable future.

Another unnamed journalist with one of the media houses applauded his remarks saying;

A few years ago, the Kenyan government invited tenders for the distribution of digital signal amid pressure from the International Telecommunication Union that was pushing to abandon the outdated analogy signal.

At the end of the process, Signet and PAN won the tender, edging out a consortium of that included Citizen, NTV and KTN. Despite losing, the three broadcasters loathing the fact that they would have to pay KBC-affiliated Signet and the Chinese firm pushed the government to approve the third licence.

But CCK rejected, claiming it was set aside for a telecommunication firm. Since then they've been pulling a number of tricks and stunts e.g. they once all removed their channels from star times, this is just the nation one stunt they have pulled.

KTN, NTV and Citizen have no problem with the migration.That's not really what they are fighting. They know it is inevitable and they can't stop it. Another fear is competition,once the digital migration is effective a lot of content will be available on different platforms,the big three are worried of losing their monopolistic grip of the advertisement industry. These stations entirely depend on advertisement so in the case many competitors gets into the market then their revenue will undoubtedly be affected. Now you understand their little fear.

Mystery Surrounds The Death Of ROY OGOLLA KOHADHA, Postmortem Results Released

Roy Ogolla the phenomenal blogger supposedly responsible for leaking the scandalous nude photos of legislatures Mike Sonko and Rachel Shebesh died yesterday in a mysterious car  accident.

The accident is said to have happened somewhere along Ngong road and he died on his way to KNH where he was confirmed dead as BID . His body would later be transferred to City Mortuary awaiting postmortem which took place on Monday.

Initial reports indicates that he suffered internal bleeding and liver failure,one of his friends who was amongst the dozen who were at the city mortuary for the postmortem. Because of the sensitivity of the matter and people shying off he opted to be kept anonymous,"it is possible for one to die in an accident out of internal bleeding,however what doesn't add up to me as to how someone who is said to have been thrown out of the car,doesn't have any serious physical wound to show. I saw Roy's body with my own eyes and I didn't see any convincing injury that would certify the story that he was thrown out of the car,at least we would have seen serious cuts. For the liver I can't speculate the chemical and pathological examinations will give the explanation." Said the source to Nairobi Exposed.

The demand has superseded the supply,too many passengers willing to travel yet no enough busses to ferry them.  Nairobi Exposed through independent ground investigations,has established a dangerous trend and a major disaster waiting to explode going on at the bus terminus.

Its emerging that city's plying buses have been channelled to Western destinations. You might have by now noticed your favourite matatu to the estate missing and wondering as to where they vanished into,well we have the answers for you. The busses which are used to hundreds of kilometres daily now are doing thousands of those and same drivers used to minutes driving daily now doing hours of that daily. Below are some of the buses caught at the terminus as they were loading the busses to either Kisumu,Busia destinations. These are busses that ply the city routes normally.

One driver whom we talked to and sought anonymity reveals to as to how things have been going on,"I have no otherwise but I need to make it to Busia and come back tonight so that tomorrow morning again we go back,honestly it is tiresome and most of us are used to the city and myself first time I drove,didn't have any idea where I was headed,never been to Busia before but I was being directed by the conductor,but we can't say no,the boss has the last word" said the driver to NE.

These busses are not licenced to ply these routes but only within the city. However,they still manage to get away with it,how? Thanks to the ever present corruption amongst the traffic police officers along the route,these drivers will get through past all estimated 15 police checking points easily.

Imagine of a situation where the driver hits the road in the morning to Busia,has to drive back so as to carry more people tomorrow morning. No resting in between,the passengers he will be driving tomorrow unknown to them will be putting their lives on the hands of a fatigued,exhausted driver who never rested previous day and obviously previous days. It doesn't need rocket science to figure out that this is a disaster waiting to happen.

As Christmas and new year celebrations continues to catch up,many people will throng the "airport" to travel home unknowingly putting their lives on the line,thanks to inexperienced drivers and a corrupted police traffic officers who seemingly are aware of this scam but are instead taking their share and pushing the rest into a freezer.

Twitter Outrageous Over JUSTINE SACCO Racist Tweet

You probably don't know her or if you are active on twitter,you already know of the lady who for the past 6 hours has held twitter hostage reason being she posted a racist tweet moments before boarding a flight to Africa,South Africa precisely.

Sacco Justine Sacco is the Chief of PR at IAC, a company whose clients include Vimeo, Match.com, Urbanspoon and Ask.com. And as much as she might have sent a tweet jokingly to her then 400 followers,little did she know the tweet would land her in big trouble and give her instant negative celebrity status,her followers count went up to quadra figures.

Here's the idiotic,racist tweet that she posted and has since deleted.

Since she was on am 11 hour wifi free British flight to S.A she didn't know the impact or damage she'd caused herself with that tweet which she posted minutes before taking off. So the tweet went viral and everyone was on her case,for the next hours to her landing ranting took toll under trending topic #HasJustineLandedYet just to find out how her reaction would be when she touched down and turn on her phone to see the damage she has done. Meanwhile her employer IAC issued an apology and since them couldn't reach her on her phone as she was aboard a flight,less could be done however they promised to take relevant actions. Taking of which a change has since been made on their website scrubbing off her name as the PR consultant a hint that she could probably have been fired

According to sources,the second year mechanical student had earlier been caught cheating on his exams and so in the wee hours of the night sneaked into the department's HQ at the American Wing building just adjacent to the central police station.

Armed with vandalism tools he was determined to break in through to diffuse and clear all the evidence kept their that would have later be used against him. The university has strict rules on exams irregularities which would end in expulsion or years of suspension so its alleged that he wanted to exude himself from the disaster.

Unfortunately for him,the RSL security officers guarding the premise detected his movements and operations forcing him to attempt an escape and its at this point that things went berserk.

The watchmen shouted "thief" at him while trying to escape and according to shady information NE gathered from the institutions security department,the student was apprehended and booked into the central police station under OB number JOHN DOE ANOTHER 12345X. Later on according to reports from the police he was found dead in the cell in what the police say was a suicidal death. The student fraternity was not buying this explanation smelling a foul play into the whole scenario.

Serious questions and possibilities raised by the students, "Could it be that when the guard shouted
''thief!'' a security officer fired from location Central Police Station?Could it be the security
nabbed the student and incapacitated him? Could he have been booked dead @ Central
Police for cover up?" Posed Allan,a fourth year engineering student in an interview with NE.

What followed was a retaliatory attack and protest at the police for "killing" one of there own,the students went on a rampage stoning motorists and the police,in the exchange one police officer was killed and reportedly four students were gunned down by police.

The incident has sparked a debate on as to wether the police were justified to use live bullets and not teargas and rubber bullets. Its unknown as to what action would be following next but the student body SONU leadership has condemned the action.
